Northern Films present to you “Himachal Utsav 2023,” a magnificent celebration of culture held for the first time in Mandi, known as the cultural capital and the “Choti Kashi” of Himachal Pradesh.

For four days, the Language and Culture Department Mandi Himachal Pradesh, provided a platform for artists from all over the state to showcase their talents. Artists from various districts of Himachal Pradesh came together at this festival, presenting their artistry to the world.

During this four-day extravaganza, immerse yourself in the vibrant colors of Himachal Pradesh’s diverse culture through a wide array of cultural programs. Each day will offer a unique opportunity to witness the rich cultural heritage of every district in Himachal Pradesh.

In the first-ever Himachal Utsav organized by the Language and Culture Department, the department did a remarkable job of acquainting the state’s artists with their own culture and providing them with a platform to showcase their talents.
